A multi-modality wellness pod session that combines gentle heat, steam and other therapies to promote relaxation, circulation and detox support. Great as a warming, detoxifying and de-stress primer before the rest of the stack.
HUGO PEMF
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy uses low-frequency electromagnetic pulses to support cellular function and recovery. PEMF is commonly used for recovery, better sleep, and overall cellular recharge.
HBOT — Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (Hyperbaric chamber)
