Having tried Emsculpt and now emszero I am a convert. My body responds well to the treatment and I love having a one off to maintain results as well as gathering a few sessions up before a big event or holiday.Kez is friendly and warm and I love seeing her door my weekly visits

Kez is a wonderful person, she makes you feel very cared for, giving you so much of her time and knowledge.Kez is always keen to help you with any health concerns you have.Her prices are amazing for the treatment you get.I have back problems, the EMS is helping me stay on the golf course for longer.Looking forward to seeing the last of my back issues after more treatments.Can’t thank Kez enough ✨️

Working with Kez at FB has been a pleasure !! and something I come to look forward to each week – I purchased an 8 session EMS bundle, focus on abdominals and glutes (which was a gift to myself after some big life changes).It’s so apparent Kez is passionate about wellness and helping people feel good in their bodies and to reach their goals – and she has a depth of knowledge to inform her work.I was hoping to tone and sculpt, while also strengthening my deep core and pelvic muscles after having two children.While there is no silver bullet, I think working collaboratively with Kez, having a rough fitness plan and eating mindfully has led to success in my goal!I no longer suffer from bladder problems, my back doesn’t ache atall, picking up my children isn’t an effort .. I honestly feel stronger than I ever have and that alone is the best spring board for all motivation to follow.I couldn’t recommend it enough if you are serious about wanting to reclaim your body and strength. Absolutely blown away by the results after only having 3 sessions of EMS! From the moment I walked into Kez’s home studio I felt welcomed and comfortable and was guided through the whole treatment with ease . Kez is friendly , professional and very knowledgeable and I absolutely love going to her studio twice a week !I can honestly say I already can see and feel a big difference after only a few sessions in!! Looking forward to starting a 2nd round of treatment with Kez and feeling even more amazing than I do now !!
