Love this place , beautiful environment so relaxing. I have used the Hocat, PEMF, Red light etc . All have been amazing treatments and I highly recommend a visit it or 10. Its a subtle change you feel gradually and then wonder why you feel so good. Kez is so welcoming and very knowledgeable.

My experience at Forward Body Wellness is a fantastic one.The machines I go there to use are the PEMF mat,I’ve used others and this one is a high grade mat very powerful at relieving pain,increasing strength and improving wellness.I also use the Hocatt machine the impact this has on your health is a package impact not only will it rid you of excess weight,this is a secondary benefit,it reduces specific elements through frequency,your body is being infused with oxygen at the same time. Working with Kez at FB has been a pleasure !! and something I come to look forward to each week – I purchased an 8 session EMS bundle, focus on abdominals and glutes (which was a gift to myself after some big life changes).It’s so apparent Kez is passionate about wellness and helping people feel good in their bodies and to reach their goals – and she has a depth of knowledge to inform her work.I was hoping to tone and sculpt, while also strengthening my deep core and pelvic muscles after having two children.While there is no silver bullet, I think working collaboratively with Kez, having a rough fitness plan and eating mindfully has led to success in my goal!I no longer suffer from bladder problems, my back doesn’t ache atall, picking up my children isn’t an effort ..
