NORMATEC
COMPRESSION THERAPY
Dedicated recovery on the area where you need it most, available for legs, arms and hips.
Experience the benefits of dynamic compression therapy from the comfort of a recliner chair. Normatec uses sequential pneumatic compression to gently massage the limbs, helping support circulation, lymphatic flow, recovery, and relaxation.
At Forward Body Wellness, you can choose from leg compression boots, arm compression, or hip compression, making the treatment easy to tailor to where your body needs it most. With 30- or 60-minute sessions, it’s a simple way to give your body some dedicated recovery time while you sit back and relax.

Before your session
Arrive in comfortable clothing that allows for the compression equipment to be easily put on by your practitioner. We recommend staying well hydrated before your session.
If you are unsure, your practitioner can help you choose the appropriate compression area for your needs and make sure everything is fitted comfortably before your session begins.
During your session
Choose between a 30-minute or 60-minute session, depending on your needs and how much recovery time you have. You’ll settle into a comfortable recliner chair while the Normatec compression system is fitted to your chosen treatment area.
The system uses a sequence of gentle inflations and releases, creating a rhythmic squeezing sensation that moves through the legs, arms, or hips. You can simply sit back and relax while the treatment works, making it an easy time to read, listen to music, watch something, or switch off completely.
After your session
Once your session is complete, the compression is gently released and the equipment is removed. You can get straight back to your day with no required downtime.
Many people leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and relaxed, particularly after exercise or when their legs or body are feeling tired.
