PACKAGES

One session is a trial. A package is a result.

Most of what we do here works on repetition — circulation, detox, muscle response and fat reduction all compound with consistency. A package locks in your rhythm and your rate, instead of re-booking and re-paying one session at a time.

Lower cost per visit

You save with every session

Buying ahead drops your per-session rate, so the more committed you are, the less each visit costs.

Pay once, forget about it

No payment at the front desk

Pay for the whole package up front, then just show up. No card tap, no invoice, no decision to make each time you visit.

Your per-session price is fixed for the life of the package, even if list pricing changes while you’re using it.

I was so happy when I found Kez and her amazing treatments. From the moment you walk in, Kez is calm, friendly and so helpful. I’m so glad to be finding so many like minded people and she was full of fantastic advice. I absolutely loved the Hocatt, and nearly fell asleep doing the EMS and laser light therapy. With my health journey, it has all been so beneficial and ill be back again for another session very soon 😊

Five stars for Forward Body Wellness! The Hocatt ozone sauna and PEMF treatments have been deeply transformative. After each session, I feel more energized, clear, and balanced—physically and emotionally. These therapies have supported my healing in profound ways, helping me reclaim vitality, clarity, and energy. Kez is exceptional: deeply caring, highly knowledgeable, and intuitively attuned to what I need each time. Her ability to tailor treatments with such precision and compassion makes every visit feel like a reset. I wholeheartedly recommend Forward Body Wellness to anyone seeking advanced, holistic healing systems that go far beyond the physical. It’s a sanctuary for renewal, alignment, and optimal wellbeing.

I’ve been seeing Kez for a while and she is absolutely amazing! So warm, professional, and knowledgeable. Having the new Rye studio open is awesome, and Rachel is just as welcoming and lovely as Kez. I’ve had a range of treatments at both studios and every experience has been fantastic. The HOCATT sessions are a standout, I always sleep so well afterwards and leave feeling deeply relaxed and completely rejuvenated. I honestly can’t recommend Forward Body Wellness enough!

Kez goes above and beyond to support her clients’ health journey at Forward Body Wellness. Her caring approach, deep knowledge, and genuine kindness make every visit a positive and refreshing experience.I recently took my mother to Forward Body Wellness, and with Kez’s expert advice, she tried infrared light therapy and EMS, followed by the PEMF mat and HOCATT machine. The results were absolutely remarkable. My mother had been struggling with her right arm to the point where she couldn’t lift it on her own. We had tried physiotherapy, chiropractic care, needling, and countless massages with little to no improvement. After just two sessions at Forward Body Wellness, the difference was unbelievable. She experienced instant relief and regained movement in her arm. The combination of EMS, HOCATT, infrared therapy, and the PEMF mat has made a noticeable difference in her health and overall wellbeing. Out of all the treatments, she especially loved the HOCATT machine, saying it left her feeling lighter, refreshed, and balanced. She even told me, “This is definitely worth doing again — and you should try it too after you have your baby to detoxify and get your body back to its best!”The PEMF mat is incredibly powerful, helping relieve pain, increase strength, and promote wellness, while the HOCATT machine delivers a full-body health boost. It not only supports detoxification and weight management but also uses frequency therapy and oxygen infusion to target deeper issues and leave you feeling revitalized.I can’t recommend Forward Body Wellness highly enough. If you are looking to address pain, improve circulation, support recovery, or simply feel your absolute best, Kez and her incredible services are truly worth exploring. The experience has been life-changing for my mother — and we are so grateful.

Kez is such a beautiful person and she cares so much for your outcome of what ever it is, gives great advice not related to her machines she has but your health, in making you better. Kez explains everything to you. It is a joy to go there and relax and see her. Thanks for everything so far.

My experience at Forward Body Wellness is a fantastic one.The machines I go there to use are the PEMF mat,I’ve used others and this one is a high grade mat very powerful at relieving pain, increasing strength and improving wellness.I also use the Hocatt machine the impact this has on your health is a package impact not only will it rid you of excess weight, this is a secondary benefit,it reduces specific elements through frequency, your body is being infused with oxygen at the same time. If you are after a detox, weight reduction, health issues being addressed this is the machine for you.I visit weekly to fortnightly combined with a healthy lifestyle you just can’t go wrong.

Kez at forward body has a genuine passion for health and wellness. She is very generous with sharing her knowledge and is very caring and compassionate. I have been using hocatt and infrared red light therapy for several months now and it has helped considerably in reducing inflammation. I highly recommend these services on the journey towards wellness.

I’ve experienced both the Vertigo program and the Circulation program at Body Forward, and each has been powerful in its own way. The Vertigo sessions have supported my balance and eased dizziness, while the Circulation program has helped release deep tension in my cervical spine, improved blood flow, and noticeably reduced brain fog, leaving me with greater clarity. The combination of advanced technology and the caring environment provided by Kez makes every visit restorative. For anyone dealing with vertigo, circulation issues, or tension in the neck and spine, the Hocatt sessions are truly worth exploring.

I had the most wonderful experience visiting Kez for a session in her HOCATT machine. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome, comfortable, and truly cared for. Kez has such a calming, nurturing presence, and she explained everything about the session so clearly—it really helped me relax and enjoy the process. The HOCATT itself was incredible—deeply detoxifying, calming, and energising all at once. I walked away feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned both physically and emotionally. Kez has created a beautiful space that feels safe and supportive, and you can tell she genuinely wants the best for her clients.I can’t recommend Kez enough to anyone who’s looking to support their body and boost their healing. Thank you, Kez—I’ll definitely be back!

Working with Kez at FB has been a pleasure !! and something I come to look forward to each week – I purchased an 8 session EMS bundle, focus on abdominals and glutes (which was a gift to myself after some big life changes). It’s so apparent Kez is passionate about wellness and helping people feel good in their bodies and to reach their goals – and she has a depth of knowledge to inform her work.I was hoping to tone and sculpt, while also strengthening my deep core and pelvic muscles after having two children. While there is no silver bullet, I think working collaboratively with Kez, having a rough fitness plan and eating mindfully has led to success in my goal!I no longer suffer from bladder problems, my back doesn’t ache atall, picking up my children isn’t an effort .. I honestly feel stronger than I ever have and that alone is the best spring board for all motivation to follow.I couldn’t recommend it enough if you are serious about wanting to reclaim your body and strength. Or just feel how good being in your body should feel!!Thankyou Kez.
